Grunge-rock trio Bitch Falcon have unveiled their first single of 2020. Called 'Gaslight', the single premiered on BBC Radio 1 last Sunday.

"I wanted to describe the feeling of what you see is not necessarily what you get," says lead vocalist and guitarist Lizzie Fitzpatrick. "The holy grail of public display, and worth to others. Expressing yourself puts you in a vulnerable position, and I think a lot of people embellish the truth. In that way, an unachievable status is shoved down our throats, and we play into the game every day.”'

In 'Gaslight', the band takes the conventions of hardcore rock and flips them, offsetting drastic, metal-inspired guitar with Fitzpatrick's ethereal vocal.
