Blues guitarist Aiden Pryor and his band play Arklow in a charity event organised by Colm Weadick, who has previously featured in Hot Press for his charity exploits and Thin Lizzy fandom.
Colm, with the help of his wife Mary, ran over 20 charity rock and blues nights and exhibitions in Arklow since 2008 and have raised thousands for various charities during that time. He hopes to expand the event into a Rock/Blues festival down the line.
He was also involved with other projects during that time frame including Hot Press' Music Industry Explained course in 2014, involvement in the Hot Press' Phil Lynott Exhibition and raised money for the Phil Lynott statue in Dublin.
Aiden Pryor, is just 29-years-old, has played many shows across the UK and Europe. The event takes place between 7pm to 9pm on Monday, June 4 at the Old Ship Inn, Arklow.
It’s free admission but donations to RNLI are welcome.
