"You helped and supported us young innocent kids," Keith Duffy wrote on Instagram this morning.
Boyzone singer Keith Duffy has paid an emotional tribute to the late Ciaran Keating, brother of Duffy's bandmate Ronan Keating.
Ciaran, who was in his 50s, tragically died in a car crash in Co. Mayo over the weekend. His wife, Anne Marie, was in the passenger seat but has thankfully survived the accident.
Duffy wrote on Instagram, "I can't comprehend the loss and devastation of my brother @rokeating and all the Keating family. All my family are praying and thinking of our Keating family right now.
"Ciaran from the early days you toured with us you were a great guide on our journey in the early days.
"You helped and supported us young innocent kids. Take your place in heaven buddy with your Mam Marie."

Boyzone, featuring Duffy, Stephen Gately, Mikey Graham, Ronan Keating, and Shane Lynch, formed in 1993.
The Marie Keating Foundation, the cancer charity founded by the Keating family in 2001, several years after the death of mother Marie, also shared their condolences.
"The whole team and Board of the Marie Keating Foundation are devastated to learn of the tragic death of Ciaran Keating. Together with his family, Ciaran established the Foundation following the death of his mother Marie to breast cancer 25 years ago.
"Ciaran was such a great supporter of our work and often acted as relief driver of our Mobile Information Unit in the West when time allowed," the Marie Keating Foundation added. "He joined us recently to celebrate 25 years of the Foundation at our annual celebrity golf classic in the K-Club."
The fatal two-car collision happened on the N5 at Ballymiles, near Swinford, at approximately 3.35pm on Saturday, as Ciaran Keating and his wife Anne Marie were travelling to see their son Ruairí play for Cork City FC against Sligo Rovers.
