New York indie rockers Brand New have confirmed the release of a fifth studio album in October.
The band posted a link on social media where fans can pre-order a "very limited" vinyl copy of the long awaited record, which they say ships in October.

There has been talk of a fifth album since the band released Daisy in 2009.
In 2016, t-shirts the band were selling for their summer tour with Modest Mouse sparked rumours of their disbandment. One design had the band's name, with dates 2000-2018.

Frontman Jesse Lacey later denied the rumours, telling a Vancouver audience "we're not breaking up. We're just not going to play for anyone else anymore."
The group have also announced a number of tour dates for late 2017 including a gig in Dublin's Olympia Theatre on November 16. Tickets for their Ireland return go on sale Friday, August 18.
