Zayn Malik, now known professionally as Zayn, has released a new single, 'Let Me', today after a hiatus that lasted almost two years.
'Let Me' was produced with MYKL and recorded in Electric Lady Studios in New York. The video, directed by Jose Padilha (Narcos, Robocop) shows Zayn saving his love interest after she is taken hostage in a nightclub by a gangster, Steven Bauer (Scarface, Breaking Bad).

Zayn was a member of boy band One Direction from 2010, with bandmates Liam Payne, Louis Tomlinson, Harry Styles and Mullingar's own Niall Horan. In March 2015, Zayn left the band, saying, "I am leaving because I want to be a normal 22 year old."
Since then, he won the 2016 American Music Award for New Artist of the Year, with his debut single 'Pillowtalk' from album 'Mind of Mine' debuting at No.1 on the US Billboard 200.
