Brian Deady and a select few artists will be performing at The Academy, Dublin on March 16 as part of Jameson Bow St. Sessions. Complimentary tickets can still be applied for!
The newest instalment of one of Ireland's most unique affairs, Jameson Bow St. Sessions will welcome Brian Deady, All Tvvins and international superstars Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats to the Dublin venue this year. We caught up with Leesider Brian Deady ahead of the St. Patrick’s Day eve show...
"I'm really looking forward to getting to see Nathaniel live," he tells us, the excitement in his voice coming through despite the fact that the singer has just freed himself from an exhaustive 5-hour recording session (new music on the way!) "Between Nathaniel and I, the genres aren't too far apart. I wasn't initially aware of him as a singer until I heard the song 'S.O.B' and I just thought, 'Wow, this guy's amazing!'
"It's a funny story. When I first heard that song, I was doing a radio appearance with Ian Dempsey for Today FM. He played 'Son Of A Bitch' and I sat there thinking, 'Hold on, is that me playing?' I think it's the up-claps and the similar tones that we both have in our songs. It's really good to have that stuff going - even with the likes of Rag'N'Bone Man too - because it confirms that there's an appetite for our brand of music out there."

He's got that right - The Academy is set to be packed to the brim on March 16. We're as excited as you Brian, to see Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats perform with some of Ireland's finest!
