Her manager does not want her to perform again unless she is "ready, physically, mentally and passionately."
The manager of pop sensation Britney Spears has expressed concern that she may never perform again.
Spears had made the decision to suspend her new show, Domination, after her father fell ill with a ruptured colon. Britney Spears later checked into a mental health facility in pursuit of what she referred to as a "little me time".
Larry Rudolph, who has managed Spears since 1998, talked to the celebrity gossip website TMZ about the current health of the pop star – one of the biggest in the world over the past 20 years.
"As the person who guides her career – based on the information I and all of the professionals who work with her are being told on a need-to-know basis – from what I have gathered it's clear to me she should not be going back to do this Vegas residency, not in the near future and possibly never again," he said.
Rudolph added that he has "no desire or ability to make her work again".
Britney Spears rose to prominence in 1999 with her debut single ...Baby One More Time! and saw more success with hits such as Oops ... I Did It Again and Toxic.

In 2007, she faced complications in her career but made a comeback with the 2008 album and world tour Circus. Since then, she has had her own Las Vegas residency – a show which opened originally in 2014.
Since 2007, Spears has been under court-approved conservator-ship, exercised by her father, Jamie Spears.
According to TMZ, Spears appeared in court last week appealing for an end to the conservator-ship or at least for more liberties.
Fans have started the #FreeBritney movement calling for a termination of Jamie Spears’ run as her conservator.
