Bronagh Gallagher's performance for Van Morrison's 75th birthday celebration goes live at 7pm this evening.
Following incredible performances from The Scratch and Gary Lightbody with Miriam Kaufmann and Iain Archer this week, we're delighted to present Bronagh Gallagher as our next act on 'Rave On, Van Morrison' – covering Van's 'And The Healing Has Begun'.
Over the course of the YouTube event, celebrating Van Morrison's 75th birthday, you can expect even more renditions of the legendary artist's stunning songs from some of the most iconic names in the country – including President Michael D. Higgins with Bill Whelan, Hozier, Sinéad O'Connor, Imelda May, Bob Geldof, Glen Hansard and Damien Dempsey, to name just a few.
A renowned Derry-born singer, songwriter and actress, Bronagh Gallagher has appeared in classics like The Commitments and Pulp Fiction, and recently receiving an IFTA nomination for 'Actress In A Lead Role - Film' for A Bump Along The Way. She released her latest album, Gather Your Greatness, in 2016.
