The 76-year-old has been touring since Februrary this year.
Bruce Springsteen is postponing his September concerts in the U.S to be treated for peptic ulcer disease.
"The decision of his medical advisors is that he should postpone the remainder of his September shows," said his team on social media.
‘The Boss’ said he was “heartbroken” to postpone his shows. "We'll be back to pick these shows up and then some," he wrote.
"We've been having a blast at our US shows and we're looking forward to more great times. We'll be back soon," he added.

According to the Mayo Clinic (U.S), “Peptic ulcers are open sores that develop on the inside lining of your stomach and the upper portion of your small intestine.”
Springsteen and his famous E Street Band have been touring since the beginning of the year. They played Dublin’s RDS back in May- his 29th Irish concert.
“After a reminder (if needed) that we’ve just seen the heart-stopping, pants-dropping, hard-rocking, booty-shaking, love-making, earth-quaking, Viagra-taking, justifying, death-defying E Street Band, The Boss theatrically rips open his shirt - verdict: this 73-year-old is ripped,” said Hot Press’ Stuart Clark in his live report of the show.
