Kyle Pavone, who fronted the metal core band for the past 10 years, has sadly passed away at the very young age of only 28-years-old. The cause of death has not yet been announced.
We Came As Romans confirmed the tragic news yesterday on Instagram. “Today music lost another great with the passing of Kyle Pavone of We Came as Romans," they wrote.
"Kyle’s tragic loss came too early in his life and those of his bandmates. All are devastated by his passing.
"We will miss his smiles, his sincerity, his concern for others, and his impressive musical talent. In lieu of flowers, we will be providing information regarding charity donations this coming week.
"The family and the band wish to thank their fans and the music community for all of their love and support as they navigate their grief. “Will I Be Remembered or Will I Be Lost in Loving Eyes?”

We Came as Romans, often abbreviated as WCAR, formed in 2005 in Michigan. They went originally under the name "The Emergency". The line-up has changed multiple times during the past dozen years. Pavone came on board as a vocalist in 2008, shortly after the release of their first EP.
Paying tribute, Christian "CC" Coma, the drummer for Black Veil Brides, said: " I will always remember the big smiles and warm greetings whenever we would run into each other. You will be missed but our memories of great times will live on."
While DJ Kayzo wrote on Twitter: "In the short time I had the pleasure of knowing him he was truly a creative and I loved working with him on our song. Condolences to his friends, family and bandmates."
