Carlow Arts Festival
Where: Various venues, Carlow
When: June 5-9
Who: A multi-disciplinary arts programme, comprising of local, national and international artists.
What: The festival presents work from a wide array of art forms including dance, literature, circus, spectacle, music, theatre, cinema, and visual arts, taking place on the grounds of Carlow College, St. Patrick’s, as well as the ultra-modern VISUAL Centre for Contemporary Art. The annual event has continued to evolve since its inception 45 years ago under the name Éigse Carlow Arts Festival and is attended by over 20,000 people each year.
