Casper Walsh released his debut solo single earlier this year.
Taking to social media this afternoon, Casper Walsh, one half of Irish rap duo Versatile, has announced that, after fulfilling their commitments this summer, members of the group are "moving on", to focus on their solo careers.
"I'd like to just say from the bottom of my heart thank you so much to all the fans for the support throughout the years, couldn't have done it without yous," he wrote in a post shared on his own social media accounts. "Yous made the journey even more enjoyable absolute legends every single one of yous.
"Excited for this next chapter," he added.
Casper released his debut solo single, 'Simmer Down', last month – with the track having already clocked up nearly four million Spotify streams.
The other half of the duo, Alex Sheehan, aka Eskimo Supreme, has started making moves in the film-making world – with his short film, Cat Burning Ultras, selected for last year's Louth International Film Festival.

Versatile released their debut album, Fuck Versatile, back in 2021, which followed their 2017 mixtape Dublin City G's. Over the course of their often-controversial career, the duo sold out Dublin's 3Arena, struck up a creative relationship with the late Coolio, and opened for Snoop Dogg at the RDS.
The group are one of the headliners of the Celtic Picnic Festival in Vancouver, on June 8.
