Cass McCombs tours his new album and releases debut poetry book.
Following the release of his critically-acclaimed ninth album Tip of the Sphere in February, Cass McCombs embarks on a tour, spanning North America, the UK and Ireland. The singer-songwriter will play Dublin's Button Factory on November 19.
Tickets can be purchased for €20 (inclusive of booking fee) from 10am tomorrow.
In addition to this, McCombs is set to release a 72-page book of poetry including own illustrations. Called Toy Fabels, his debut writing will come out on October 16.

Through the poems, the musician expresses his singular itinerant experiences as childhood and adulthood, the east and west coasts, paganism and religion, twist into each other. He paints a sort of half-remembered, half-obscured but never idealised landscape of Northern California.
Toy Fabels features not only poems and illustrations by McCombs himself but also a number of unnamed narrators — from delinquent graffiti artists telling absurdist tales, to Marquis de Sade’s shadow and echo, to a disembodied voice that provides the mythic grounding for the collection.
