Chan Marshall, better known as Cat Power, is known for the constant evolution of her sound, drifting from punk to rock to folk. She explains that the inspiration for her new album came from her own life’s journey. “Going from town to town, with my guitar, telling my tale; with reverence to the people who did this generations before me. Folk singers, blues singers, and everything in between. They were all wanderers, and I am lucky to be among them.”

Wanderer will be released October 5th, 2018.
