Pop star, Chris Brown, has been sued over an alleged attack in a London Club where he is said to have hit a man over the head with a bottle before stomping on his unconscious body.
American singer, Chris Brown, has been sued by a man after allegedly beating him with a Tequila bottle and stomping on him in a club in London.
In lawsuit documents filed on behalf of Abe Diaw, obtained by TMZ, he claims that the pop star hit him over the head with a bottle of Don Julio 1942 tequila earlier this year at TAPE nightclub in central London.
Diaw alleges that Brown struck him with “crushing blows” that knocked him unconscious. He then claims the signer stomped on him as he lay passed out on the floor. Diaw also claims that police in London have surveillance footage of the alleged incident.
The claimant said that he had known Brown for at least seven years and believed he was coming to hug him when he approached him in the club in February.

Diaw stated in his claims that he was hospitalised from the alleged attack and that his alleged injuries – cuts on his head and torn ligaments in his leg – may cause permanent damage. He also claimed that he is suffering extreme emotional distress and trauma.
Chris Brown is yet to comment on the situation.
