Christine And The Queens Stays At Number 1
The French sensation holds on to the top spot in the album charts
Christine and The Queens continues to reign over the Irish album charts.
The French singer's album Chaleur Humaine faced tough competition from Canada's finest hip hop star Drake, but was able to hold the top spot again this week. The Longitude performer's record has now spent a total of six weeks in the charts.
The Toronto rappers' latest offering Views stays at Number 2, accumulating 13 weeks in the IRMA charts. English superstar Adele moves up from 4 to 3 with her record-breaking third studio album that's been in the Irish album charts for 36 weeks, and it doesn't look like disappearing any time soon.
Walking On Cars' excellent LP Everything This Way is at Number 4, while the English writing sensation Ed Sheehan completes the top 5. The Ginger stars' LP X jumps from 9 in the charts. Sheeran's record has now spent an astonishing 110 weeks in the IRMA charts.
