Vicar Street is set to host A night to celebrate the life and music of Christy Dignam on Friday, May 3, 2024. “Christy Dignam A Celebration” will feature a variety of Top Irish Artists performing Dignam's songs that he sang throughout his career up to his final album.

The celebration is being organised in response to the massive requests from fans and artists for a night to come together to honour Christy’s legacy.

The Dignam family is also directly supportive of the event and would like to thank everyone for their love and support.

"Christy loved Vicar Street," said Christy's wife, Kathryn Dignam. "It was a place where he felt at home and where he could connect with his fans on a deep level. We are so grateful to everyone who is helping to make this celebration a reality."

The event will feature renowned Irish musicians performing songs and sharing stories.
