CHVRCHES announce new album All the King’s Men and Dublin show

Scottish synth-pop band CHVRCHES have announced their new album All the King’s Men, due out on January 22 via Futures Music Group.

Marking their first record in almost six years, the release will be accompanied by a run of shows across North America, the UK and Ireland, including a stop in Dublin’s 3Olympia on April 29.

The announcements follow last month’s single ‘Roses’, described as a “contemporary social commentary, a confrontation with the darker undercurrents of Britain.”

The upcoming release marks the end of a break which began in 2023, after touring their latest record Screen Violence, which was described by Hot Press as “returning to in-house production, and the result is both subversive and sophisticated.”

Next week, CHVRCHES are due to play two intimate shows in their hometown of Glasgow on October 26 and in London on October 29, with proceeds going to charity.

Tickets for CHVRCHES’ show in 3Olympia go on sale next Friday, October 30 at 10am here.
