‘Cloudy Bay’ follows a similar path to the sprawling, string-laden epic ‘Full Clip’ but lacks the latter’s cohesiveness, despite some interesting elements. Prog fans will dig it. The simple deepness (depth?) of ‘What’s Your Name’ is better, with its up-front drums offset by meandering keys.
