Pop supergroup Coldplay have announced that they are bringing their Music Of The Spheres tour to Dublin. The band will play two shows in Croke Park on August 29 and 30 of next year.
It will be the band's first show in Ireland since their 2017 Head Full Of Dreams tour.
Following their sellout 2023 European stadium run - which culminated with a spectacular fourth Amsterdam show - the band have today announced a third run of European dates for June, July and August 2024, as part of their record-breaking Music Of The Spheres world tour.
The tour has received rave reviews from fans and critics alike as the British band won ‘Favorite Touring Artist’ at the 2022 AMAs and ‘Tour of The Year’ at the 2023 iHeartRadio Awards.
✨ New European dates announced for summer 2024 in Athens, Bucharest, Budapest, Lyon, Rome, Düsseldorf, Helsinki, Munich, Vienna & Dublin

One thing that sets this tour apart from previous Coldplay outings is the group’s environmental focus. A report by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology revealed that Coldplay’s current tour has so far produced 47% less CO2e emissions than their previous stadium tour in 2016/17. Five million trees have also been planted around the world (one for each concert goer so far).
Coldplay have confirmed they will make a limited number of Infinity Tickets available at a later date. Infinity Tickets are designed to make the tour accessible to fans for an affordable price and will cost €20 each.
