Coldplay's ongoing A Head Full Of Dreams tour has now grossed $412 million (€352 million).
Figures from Billboard show that the band have bumped Madonna down a spot.
The 'Vogue' singer's Sticky & Sweet tour earned $408 million (€349 million) in revenue from 2008 to 2009.
$104.9 million (€89.6 million) of the total for Coldplay's tour came from the 2017 European leg, which included 20 sold-out gigs and 13 stadiums. A three-night stint in Paris racked up $19.8 million (€16.9 million).
A Head Full Of Dreams kicked off nearly 16 months ago in Argentina. The tour is scheduled to end on November 15 at the very same venue.

The top grossing tour continues to be U2's 360 Tour, which brought in $736.4 million (€629.4 million) for the band from 2009 through 2011.
