Following the success of 'No More Broken Hearts', and his powerful performance of 'Rough God Goes Riding' for the Hot Press 'Rave On, Van Morrison' series, Conor Marcus returns with a new single, ‘Xs and Os’.
“I’m really excited for this song!" Conor says of the new track. "'Xs and Os' is about a relationship breakup a friend of mine went through. It’s about learning to move on, knowing that you deserve better.”
Since launching his career as a busker at the age of 11, Conor Marcus has gone on to become the youngest ever participant in the Oh Yeah Music Centre’s prestigious ‘Scratch My Progress’ development programme. The Co. Down singer-songwriter recently reached the semi-finals on The Voices Kids UK – and he's already had the likes of Gary Lightbody from Snow Patrol and Tom Fletcher from McFly singing his praise.
Conor also won the Cool FM Young Singer-Songwriter of the Year 2019, as well as the PanArts Young Singer-Songwriter of the Year 2020.

This week, he was selected as a recipient of Jazzlife Alliance's Exceptional Young Musicians Awards – which provides the opportunity to work with MOBO-nominated Northern Ireland music legend, David Lyttle.
