The National Concert Hall and the Irish Traditional Music Archive (ITMA) have announced the line-up for this year's Drawing from the Well concert, set to take place on Tuesday, May 20.
The concert will mark the seventh edition of the Drawing from the Well series, which "gathers Ireland’s finest traditional musicians, singers and dancers to showcase their work inspired by ITMA’s rich archival collections."
The line-up will feature Cormac Begley, Dónal Lunny, Ye Vagabonds' Brían and Diarmuid Mac Gloinn, Brenda Castles, Andy Irvine, Matt Molloy, Edwina Guckian, Laoise Kelly, Breanndán Ó Beaglaoich, Clíodhna Ní Bheaglaoich, Ríoghnach Connolly, Lauren O’Neill and Peadar Mac Gabhann.
"It is deeply satisfying for ITMA to see extraordinary artists delve into our archives, uncover hidden gems, and reimagine them for performance on Ireland’s most prestigious stage," said ITMA Director Liam O’Connor.
