Courtney Love claimed her former manager, Sam Lutfi told her, "Choke on opiates and die."
Love, her sister Jaimee King and Love's daughters Frances Bean Cobain all claimed they were being harassed by Lutfi and, as a result, have now been granted a temporary restraining order against him.
The restraining order forces Lutfi to stay 100 yards away from all three women and also prevents him for making any type of contact with them.
“The escalating verbal harassment and threats of Sam Lutfi left no choice for Courtney and her family but to seek protection," Courtney Love's lawyer said in a statement issues to TMZ.
Courtney Love is not the first music star to get a restraining order against Sam Lutfi. Britney Spears once claimed she had been drugged by him in order to maintain control of her and her assets.

In legal documents, it was claimed Lutfi had bombarded Courtney Love with abusive and threatening messages.
In one message, he allegedly wrote: “Go choke on opiates and die…no one gives a shit about you.”
While another of the messages reads, “All of your shit is going public Friday morning..don’t say you weren’t warned.”
Love also claimed Lutfi used an alias to leave threatening comments on social media posts. She also claimed he used her email without her consent.
In a legal declaration for the case, Courtney Love stated: “He became a friend over time, and eventually became a trusted advisor… with the benefit of hindsight, this was a huge mistake.”
Both Jaimee King and Frances Bean Cobain also claim Lutfi harassed them too.
King stated: “My youngest daughter tearfully asked me last week if Mr. Lutfi could come to our home and hurt us.”
