The album will arrive this October.
After sharing 'Cry To Heaven' and its accompanying music video last week, the UK rock band Creeper have a new and exciting announcement: titled Sanguivore, Creeper's third album will drop later this year in October, on the 13th.
It follows their 2020 album Sex, Death & the Infinite Void, and their debut album from 2017, Eternity, In Your Arms. Produced by Tom Dalgety at Psalm Studios, it will be released via Spinefarm Records.
Taken from the forthcoming album, 'Cry To Heaven' is an enthralling, tantalising track about the carnal desires derived from a "bloodlust baby" of a woman. The ghostly sound aligns with the dark, supernatural elements characteristic of Creeper's traditionally spooky work.
If that's not enough, the goth-punk vibes incorporated into 'Cry To Heaven's music video's visuals certainly hammer home what kind of entity Creeper is as a band.

On Twitter, the band promoted the video informing fans that it was "time to tell your mum and dad you've joined a vampire cult. Head to the woods now and start drinking the blood of your friends as the video for the brand new Creeper song 'Cry To Heaven' has just been released..."

William Von Ghould, the band's frontman and lead-singer, reportedly added that 'Cry To Heaven' keeps "in line with the band’s ethos of aggressive musical progression."
"The song is once again an ambitious departure from previous works. ‘Cry To Heaven’ turns the key and unlocks a door to a new world of decadent excess. The introduction to a new tragic story of love, loss and vampires. This is Creeper at their most outrageous, harking back to a time where Jim Steinman ruled the airwaves in leather gloves and Aviators.”
As a band with a cult following, fans will be happy to know that song's release was paired with the reveal of a UK tour. Although it lacks any shows in Ireland, the Creeper tour include five live shows this up-coming November after Sanguivore's release.
