Irish outfit Cronin have announced the release of their upcoming EP Good Days Ahead, set to come out this month via Live Transmission Records.
The band will be playing two supporting Irish dates in Mullingar’s Smiddy’s Bar for April 20 and in Dublin’s Whelan’s on May 1.
Cronin also shared the music video for their most recent single ‘Overlooking Paris’, shot by Pete Kingston (Meryl Streel, John Murry) in the historic Greville Arms Hotel, Mullingar that has boasted a famous clientele ranging from James Joyce to Niall Horan and Joe Dolan.

‘Overlooking Paris’ is the first taste of the upcoming EP, and was described by Hot Press as emitting “a smokey, Waitsian quality. Featuring accordion, gypsy ish strings and guitars with the reverb turned to 11.”
Releasing music since 2006, Michael and Johnny Cronin are a dynamic songwriting and music production duo from Drumlish, and have since established themselves as influential figures in the Irish music scene.
Known for their evocative sound and dedication to their craft, the Cronin brothers have achieved both critical and commercial success. They release and record with Brian Murphy and Fiachra Milner as Cronin.
