The single is the first taste of an upcoming EP dropping in April, with tour dates to follow.
Irish band Cronin are back with a new single, 'Overlooking Paris', out now on Live Transmission Records.
Recorded at Black Box Studio in France, the group describe the track as their very own "James Bond spy theme".
The single was produced by David Odlum, who also contributes guitar and synths. The strings come from Anna Houston and Steve Wickham, along with additional recording and mixing by Mick Cronin.
The song-writing and music production duo from Drumlish, County Longford, Ireland, Michael and Johnny Cronin, have been releasing music since 2006 and have since established themselves as influential figures in the Irish music scene. They release and record with Brian Murphy and Fiachra Milner as Cronin.
Under their initial moniker The Aftermath, the duo gained significant recognition, achieving a top-ten and two top-twenty hits on the Irish Singles Chart with releases through their independent label, Live Transmission Records.
As Cronin, they have produced a full-length album, The First Kiss of Love, a mini-album released during Covid lockdown, A View From the Next Room, and several standalone singles.
