David Bowie's 'Aladdin Sane' album is getting a silver vinyl reissue
David Bowie's iconic album 'Aladdin Sane' is being pressed onto silver vinyl to commemorate its 45th anniversary.
The legends sixth studio album was initially released on April 20th 1973 and so to celebrate the albums 45th birthday, they are making a very special vinyl edition that will be available this year on April 20th from 'bricks and mortar' record shops.
In addition, his 1981 compilation album CHANGESTWOBOWIE is also getting a vinyl repress which is due on April 13 this year.
Last year saw the release of a new box set titled "A New Career In A New Town(1977-1982)" which was a collection of all of his musical memorabilia from that time period. All five albums that were included in that collection are being reissued individually on 180-gram vinyl, all set for release this Friday February 23rd.
These are set to fly off the shelf as none of these albums have been available individually on vinyl since 1991.
