Yes, you read that right: David Gray is adding another night at 3Arena, due to demand.
Fans just can't get enough of David Gray, who has added a yet another night at 3Arena as part of his White Latter: The 20th Anniversary Tour following the sellout of his first two shows. Last week, Gray added a second date due to demand. He will now play three nights at Dublin's 3Arena from 2-4 April 2020, as well as one night at the SSE Arena in Belfast on 31 March.
White Ladder, the biggest-selling album of all time in Ireland, will be recreated by Gray with all the original band members, as well as all the original equipment. Of course, some of his other hits will also feature.
To coincide with the tour, Gray is also releasing an expanded 20th anniversary edition of White Ladder on February 14. Available on CD, digital, and for the first time ever, vinyl, the newly remastered album will also feature unreleased rarities and b-sides – including the rare track 'Over My Head'.
"It’s the 20th anniversary of White Ladder, a unique record with its own remarkable history," Gray announced. "Jammed full with big, open hearted songs and flooded with a raw emotional energy. It’s an album that came from nowhere to steal the hearts of millions all over the world, completely transforming my life in the process.
"Twenty years on and it feels like White Ladder is just as alive for people now as it was back then - so to celebrate this milestone, I will be releasing a special anniversary version of the album and assembling all the original band members with all the original equipment, in order to take White Ladder out on the road and recreate the record in its entirety."
