Glasgow songwriter Declan Welsh and his punk-rock trio, The Decadent Welsh, are set for a Dublin gig this autumn.
The concert will take place on Wednesday, October 10, in the upstairs venue of Whelan’s. So far the quartet has brought their act all across the world including The Great Escape, the prestigious London Fashion Week and even all the way to Palestine.
Their first EP, All My Dreams Are Dull, released in June of this year, is unapologetically honest and relatable. From it’s nihilistic debut tune ‘Lull’ to live favorites like ‘Nazi Boy’ and ‘No Pasaran’, Welsh tackles themes of sexual liberation, toxic masculinity and anti-fascism.
Tickets are currently on sale for €13, you must be at least 18 to purchase them.
