Dermot Kennedy's self-titled release is the highest newcomer this week on the Irish Album Charts.
Dermot Kennedy, one of the biggest rising stars in Ireland, started off the year right by coming in at No. 8 on the Irish album charts.
The singer's self-titled release compiles 12 tracks, which "bring together all the songs [that audiences have] been singing back to me in one collection."

Elsewhere on the Charts, The Great Showman soundtrack continues its reign as it comes in at No. 1, while A Star Is Born comes in at No. 2 following the Golden Globes at the start of the week. Dua Lipa, Ed Sheeran and George Ezra all hold their place in the Top 10, while Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody Soundtrack comes in at No. 4.
