Desire is set to co-headline The Button Factory with Johnny Jewel this month.
Desire have shared 'HUMAN NATURE', the second single from their upcoming album Games People Play, due later this year via indie label Italians Do It Better.
The LP marks the Canadian duo's third studio full-length, following up from 2022’s Escape and their self-titled debut which dropped in 2009.
Described as ‘nocturnal synthwave’ with a ‘classic cinema sound’, 'HUMAN NATURE' follows up from lead single 'Darkside', which saw Megan Louise’s vocals triumphantly reunite Johnny Jewel's renowned production.

“The song is about the invisible line we draw between our outer reality & our inner world,” said the band. “The darkside is a metaphor for the unmasked internal space that we rarely share with strangers.
“A secret realm that never sees the light of day. On the endless hunt for love, we crave a deeper connection that can only come with truth. The mirror sees you…on the darkside. Crash into the starlight."
Desire will embark on a co-headline tour with Jewel, with an upcoming show in Dublin’s Button factory set for 21 May. Tickets are on sale now via the artist’s website.
