The Belgian band put pen to paper in Brussels last Friday
Folk-grungers (and fast friends of The Frames) dEUS have just announced details of the deal they’ve signed with Play It Again Sam. The two parties have agreed on a long-term, worldwide multi-album deal - the first release will be the band’s new album in the spring of 2011. It will be released by Universal in Belgium and by PIAS around the world. Other optional albums will be released by PIAS worldwide.
PIAS, who currently have the likes of Editors, Nouvelle Vage, Dinosaure Jr and Morcheeba on their books, have expressed their delight with the deal, whilst the band have expressed just how lucky PIAS are. As frontman Tom Barman commented, “PIAS scores the deal of their life! Congratulations!”
