Later this week, Mona-Lxsa will be sharing Dublin’s Vicar Street stage with American R&B sensation Bryson Tiller, who was featured on a plethora of Lxsa’s early Soundcloud releases and continues to serve as a source of inspiration and creativity. The 24 year-old singer-songwriter and rapper emerged from the streets of Louisville, Kentucky, back in 2011, blending the harsh elements of southern trap with smooth R&B. Since releasing his biggest hit to date in 2014, an emotional slow-burner entitled ‘Don’t,’ the young star has rocketed into the international spotlight.
“What a dream come true,” Mona-Lxsa wrote in an Instagram post about the exciting news. “God is putting me on, and I am grateful!!”
