The online auction will take place on June 15th through Christie's.
Donna Summer- the late Queen of Disco's possessions are the latest to be auctioned off. The diva’s dresses, annotated lyrics, awards, and paintings are among her possessions to go on sale through Christie’s in an online auction on June 15th.
The items were gathered from the singer’s Nashville home where they have remained largely untouched since the singer’s passing in 2012. The luxury vendor, Christie’s, estimates a haul of approximately $200,000 to $300,000, with a portion of that set aside for charities, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Save the Music Foundation, and the Elton John AIDS Foundation.
Handwritten lyrics for ‘Now I Need You’ are among the items up for sale, as well as an annotated lyric of 'On the Road,' the glittery dress from her ‘Unconditional Love’ video, and other concert gowns, assorted sunglasses and pumps.

Summer’s silver goblet that often accompanied her onstage will also go on sale. The disco singer kept caffeine-free Pepsi in her goblet which her children are said to have stirred until flat to prevent giving her gas.
Just last month the late and great Freddie Mercury’s private collection was announced for auction in September. Among the items going up for sale include a number of costumes, paintings and objects from Mercury's everyday life, including one of the most highly-valued items- a replica of St Edward's Crown.
