Clare-based dance-folk artist Dora Gola has released a new single titled ‘Earth Song’, out today in recognition of Earth Day.
Earth Day was established to demonstrate support for environmental protection. It is celebrated annually to raise awareness of issues including pollution, deforestation, climate change, and threats to endangered species.
The track is a fusion of electronic folk-pop, built on brooding synths, tribal harmonies, and raw, percussive energy. Gola described it as “a message from the planet, delivered in sound: a warning, a cry, a call to awaken.”
She continued, “This track came from a place of deep feeling — watching the world change, witnessing the damage, and wondering what it would sound like if the Earth could speak directly to us.”
‘Earth Song’ is the first single from her upcoming album Dance With Danger, due for release this summer.

Gola took to social media to share the news, writing: "The Earth is not silent. She’s burning, breaking, and begging to be heard.
"A soundscape for the planet’s warning", she added.
