Dozens of musicians and actors pay respects to Frightened Rabbit singer Scott Hutchison

From James Vincent McMorrow to the Scottish First Minister, people have been paying tribute to Scott Hutchison, whose body was found this morning.

Hutchison was lead singer of the fiercely loved Scottish indie-rock band Frightened Rabbit. Prior to his disappearance on Wednesday, Scott had posted a series of cryptic and worrying messages on his personal Twitter.
"Be so good to everyone you love. It’s not a given. I’m so annoyed that it’s not. I didn’t live by that standard and it kills me. Please, hug your loved ones.

"I’m away now. Thanks."

Frightened Rabbit then posted on their Twitter page that Scott had not been seen since early on Wednesday morning, and appealed for people to report any sighting of him.

Police announced that they had found the body of a man at Port Edgar, a marina on the banks of the Firth of Forth between the Forth Road Bridge and Queensferry Crossing, at about 20:30 on Thursday.

According to the BBC, formal identification is yet to take place but Mr Hutchison's family have been informed.

Since the news has been reported, tributes have been pouring in for Scott, while charity have appealed for people who have been impacted by the news to talk to one of the many organisations and charities who are here to listen (116 123 or 0800 58 58 58).
