S9 been announced as the recipient of the 2023 Ollys TV's Ireland's Best Artist Award.

Originally from Albania, S9 has been nourished by the Irish music scene. His journey began in 2021 when he collaborated with Tinz, before moving on to develop his solo career. He got a breakthrough with his song 'Internacional' which claimed the number one spot on Ollys TV's Billboard 100 in 2023. A total of eight of his songs were in the 2023 top 100. Ollys TV is an Irish online music and entertainment platform, which aims to be a home for UK, Irish, Nigerian and US rap, hip-hop, afro, drill and related artists.

His music video for 'Internacional' which premiered on February 17, 2023 now has over 3.2 million views on the GRM Daily youtube.

For the past three years Offica and his group A92 have held the Billboard title. However 2023 marks a shift with the emergence of S9.

What sets S9 apart from other Irish rappers is his multilingual abilities. He can rap in up to six different languages.

When speaking about the award, S9 said, "It's an incredible honor to be recognised as Ireland's Best Artist. This journey has been a testament to the unwavering support to my fans and tireless efforts of my team."

On his Instagram, S9 thanked Ollys TV for granting him this award and promised to release new music soon.

In a statement from Ollys TV, they wrote that "S9's impact has been seismic, from explosive popularity to topping charts globally. His achievements showcase the prowess of Ireland's music scene, solidifying its place on the global map."
