MELTS and Fuzz Club have also teased new music coming next year.
Dublin five-piece MELTS have signed to London record label Fuzz Club. According to the label, MELTS are busy "cooking up the follow-up to last year's highly praised debut album, Maelstrom, which is set to arrive in 2024."
MELTS potently merge psych rock with touches of post-rock-esque soundscapes and pulsing krautrock, all of which is driven by demented organ wig outs, engulfing waves of heavily textured guitars and crisp rhythm sections.
While they land on a sound that is distinctly their own, it occupies something of a middle ground between Spacemen 3 and Primary Colours-era The Horrors. Or, as the band say themselves, something that sounds "driving and fucking stomping."

"We are delighted today to announce that we have signed with Fuzz Club Records. We have been massive fans of Fuzz Club and all the great bands they work with for many years," said MELTS. "We are super excited to be joining the FC family and to be working with such a great label on the next chapter of MELTS. We’ve been in hibernation the past few months working hard on our new LP which will be out in 2024. We are very much looking forward to sharing new music with you all! More news on that to come"
