The Irish-based folk band has announced 2025 tour dates in Galway, Dingle, Kilkenny, Cork, Limerick, Enniscrone, Belfast, Waterford, Clonakilty and Dublin
DUG, aka Lorkin O’Reilly and Jonny Pickett, are bringing their combination of Irish and American traditional music to The Ambassador Theatre in Dublin on April 25, 2025. The pair has also announced a string of Irish performances for Spring 2025.
Having formed in 2023, DUG have enjoyed a considerably fast rise, with single 'Jubilee' earning them a Grammy nomination shortlist.
DUG's musical style is a distinctive amalgamation of American and Irish folk influences, shaped by Jonny's Californian background and Lorkin's diverse experiences in Dublin, Scotland, and New York.
Just three months after their founding, people have already seen DUG brushing shoulders with Conan O'Brien while he filmed his new HBO series Conan Must Go.

Speaking in an interview with Hot Press, the duo said that being a part of the golden age of the folk scene is a privilege. They said, "It’s all right in front of you, and you can choose to participate. Even if you don’t, you’re surrounded by it. It’s an immense privilege to be around people who are challenging you and working extremely hard."
Tickets for the pair's show at The Ambassador Theatre in Dublin go on sale Friday at 10 am Dublin - The Ambassador Theatre.
