Dunce

Molly Half Head: “Dunce” (Columbia)

Molly Half Head come packaged with all kinds of hyperbole culled from the established British rock press. Perhaps I’m just a dunce but I really do have to stand in a corner and be the sole voice of dissent, I can’t hear anything which would really merit such praise. Granted they’re accomplished musicians who make it all sound so easy but ‘Dunce’ strikes my ears as bland and anonymous.
