Ed Sheeran and Justin Bieber shoot straight to the top
The two pop giants beat out last week's number one.
Pop singers Justin Bieber and Ed Sheeran's recent single 'I Don't Care has debuted at number of the Irish singles chart.
Subsequently, they knocked Lewis Capaldi's 'Hold Me While You Wait' from the top spot, falling out of the top five altogether.
This is the sixth chart topper for both artists, now rivalling Rihanna with the second-most number ones after Calvin Harris' seven.
Lil Nas X's 'Old Town Road' is steady-on at number two as well as Billie Eilish's 'Bad Guy' at number three, its seventh week on the charts.
Meduzza's 'Piece of Your Heart' featuring Goodboys and Stormzy's 'Vossi Pop' take fourth and fifth place respectively.
