The new album was recorded between Los Feliz, California and Dublin.
Critically acclaimed US rock group Eels have announced their 15th studio album titled EelsTime!, due for release on June 7.
Alongside the announcement, Eels have shared the acoustic-led opening track ‘Time’, the result of their first in-person recording session since the beginning of the pandemic.
Recorded between Los Feliz, California and Dublin, Eels Time! consists of twelve brand new tracks with collaborators such as Koool G Murder, The Chet, Tyson Ritter, Sean Coleman and more.
Eels Time! features 12 all-new tracks, and was helmed by principal singer-songwriter Mark Oliver Everett, who collaborated with artists like Koool G Murder, The Chet, Tyson Ritter, Sean Coleman, and more.

The album news follows a whirlwind 2023 for the group, where they finally hit the road for their long-awaited Lockdown Hurricane tour of Europe and North America and brought the year to a close by releasing their second best of compilation album Eels So Good: Essential Eels, Vol.2 and a brand new track, festive track 'Christmas, Why You Gotta Do Me Like This'.
