Cork musicians and sisters Eiza Murphy and Lenii are set to perform at the US-Ireland Alliance’s 19th annual Oscar Wilde Awards, which will be held on February 27 at the Ebell of Los Angeles.
Honorees on the night are film producers Kathleen Kennedy and Frank Marshall, actor John C. Reilly, and Éanna Hardwicke, who will receive the Wilde Card award as an up-and-coming actor.
Will Ferrell will present Reilly with his award. Screen Ireland and Northern Ireland Screen are among the night’s sponsors.
Lenii is an artist, producer, and songwriter based in Los Angeles. She is signed to Disney Music Publishing in a joint venture with Ross Golan (Unknown Music Publishing).
In her solo career, she has thus far released three independent EPs In All Fairness..., Zero Sympathy and The Problem With Everything, all having debuted at No. 1 on iTunes. She also performed at Hot Press’ Lockdown Sessions’ Y&E Series back in 2020.

As a producer, Lenii has established herself as one of rising artist Kenzie's main collaborators, she co-wrote and produced six tracks on her debut album, biting my tongue, including ‘anatomy’, and ‘close to you’ featuring ASTN, co-written with PinkSweat$.
Murphy is an independent singer/songwriter/producer also living in Los Angeles. Collaborating closely with her sister Lenii, the duo write and produce all of Eiza's songs with a shared creative vision. Eiza’s debut singles achieved three iTunes No.1’s in Ireland and were featured in Netflix’s Riverdale series.
Commenting on the performances, Trina Vargo, founder of the US-Ireland Alliance, wondered, “is there something in the water in Cork? There seems to be a disproportionate amount of creative talent coming from Ireland’s second city, or Ireland’s true capital if you’re from there.”
