Electric Picnic '24 is officially upon us, which means the Hot Press Chat Room is about to make its triumphant return to Stradbally Hall – featuring highly anticipated appearances from The Mary Wallopers, NewDad, Villagers, The Teskey Brothers, 49th & Main, Chasing Abbey, John Spillane, Amble and more...
Located in the festival's MindField area, the Hot Press Chat Room's iconic black couches will play host to a thrilling array of acts across the weekend, from local heroes to heavy-hitters. In addition to live interviews, you can expect acoustic sessions, special panel discussions and much more – with proceedings presided over by Hot Press's Stuart Clark, Jess Murray, Lucy O’Toole, Niamh Browne, Riccardo Dwyer and Caroline Kelly.
We’ll also be teaming up with Minding Creative Minds for a special immersive event – there'll be a musical instrument for everybody in the audience! – and talking sustainability with some very special guests, including singer-songwriter Wallis Bird, chef Jess Murphy, Minister Ossian Smyth, and Niamh Kelly from Re-turn ...
