‘Little Picnic’ boasts an impressive range of family friendly activities and workshops
Organisers at Electric Picnic have announced the return of the Little Picnic, where there'll be a host of family-friendly activities and workshops.
Taking place on the back lawn of Stradbally Estate from 2pm to 7pm on Friday, and from 11am to 7pm on Saturday, attendees will have the opportunity to participate in experiences including ukulele workshops hosted by the Alto School of Music, the Kids Disco with Will Softly and a special workshop exploring the songs of Disney's family-favourite Frozen, hosted by the Gaiety School of Acting.
Elsewhere, families will be introduced to a variety of Brass instruments by Ballymore Eustace Brass Band while Johnny Magory will host a story time featuring tales of Irish wilderness. Other activities include yoga, gymnastics and Bubble Magic, with an array of arts and crafts like kite making, tie-dying, face-painting and more also taking place.

This "feast of entertainment, creativity, fun, education, inspiration, sports, wellness and so much more" has been put together put together by the team at Kaleidoscope, who have a track record in delivering family friendly festival experiences across Ireland. The event is accessible to those with Family Camping wristbands, with Little Picnic wristbands also available to pick up onsite.
