ELECTRIC PICNIC: Elm bring their unique queer-pop to Electric Picnic
Elm provide the perfect soundtrack to a sunny afternoon at Electric Picnic!
Elm create a unique atmosphere at their set at Electric Picnic this afternoon. The four-piece consists of singer Dylan Walsh, piano player Aidan Clancy, drummer Ca Ahearne and - yes - cello player Gary Molloy.
The cello makes for an incomparable sound that could be described as baroque-pop. Combined with singer Walsh's boyish voice and captivating stage presence, they own the Rankin's Wood stage.
Their relatable queer-pop is made up of incredibly catchy tunes that make the audience dance instantly. It doesn't take long for Elm to infect the audience with their positive energy.
