All original tickets will remain valid for the new dates.
UK singer-songwriter Ellie Goulding has rescheduled her forthcoming Irish tour dates to October 2021, as well as six other dates on her UK tour.
The singer was scheduled to embark on a series of live dates from April 28 until May 12 in support of her July 2020 album Brightest Blue.
Those gigs have now been postponed until October, with the COVID-19 shutdown of live music not expected to end in Ireland until September at the earliest.
Goulding will now embark on her planned tour dates later in 2021, starting off in Dublin on October 5.
Opening up about her pregnancy in a new interview with Vogue this week, Goulding said that she was “excited to be a mother — but also I want to make sure that I continue to work”.
“I can’t wait to go back on tour,” she continued.

“I’ve been in the studio most days, and I’m excited for the challenge. It will be a totally new experience.”
Earlier this month, Goulding announced her first ever book: Fitter. Calmer. Stronger..
The pop powerhouse's debut will be published in September 2021, and focuses on a fitness and health philosophy based around "becoming the brightest, strongest version of yourself";
"This means prioritising self-care and flexibility, and approaching wellness from a perspective that is real and sustainable; an approach that doesn’t leave you feeling like you’ve failed and, most importantly, allows room for fun and creativity," a synopsis reads.
