Take a look at the Dublin-based singer-songwriter's new video below.
Following the release of their acclaimed collaborative track 'Satin' last year, Ṣelu and producer Uwmami have joined forces once again, for 'Keep Your Head Up (KYHU)' – released on Bandcamp, alongside an accompanying music video.
Ṣelu wrote 'KYHU' during lockdown, before enlisting Uwmami to produce, mix and master the powerful new track – which blends the Dublin-based singer-songwriter's irresistibly smooth vocals with Uwmami's unique, genre-blending approach. Inspired by the periods of reflection experienced over the last few months, the track finds both artists attempting to find hope amidst the confusion.
Following the release of his Duality EP last year, Ṣelu has continued to establish himself as a compelling emerging talent with 'Hold Up' and 'Intention' featuring Celaviedmai. Uwmami, who’s fast becoming one of the most promising producers in the country, has recently teamed up with Cork’s hotly tipped Goldie Bron$on on ‘Dial’ and New York-based artist Zach Surp on ‘FAULT’ – with both tracks on streaming services now.
