Eminem has ranked top of the Irish Charts with his tenth studio album Kamikaze.
The US rapper's tenth studio album Kamikaze has earned him the top place in the Official Irish Albums Chart proving that Slim Shady is officially back (once again).
The surprise album was released on 31 August with no prior notice and has already proven a massive success earning him his ninth no. 1 album on Billboard 200. Speaking to officialcharts.com Eminem asked: "Does this mean I get to call myself Sir Eminem?". We're certainly content to call Em chart royalty at this stage. The Detroit-born rapper has always been a consistent favorite in the Irish Charts with eight of his ten albums ranking throughout the years, including his greatest hits album Curtain Call.
Given the incredible explosion taking place in Irish hip-hop and rap currently with acts like Versatile and Kojaque, it might come as no surprise that Irish listeners are hungry for Eminem's newest release.
